Following on from the success of our Redditch store which opened last year we decide to deepen our commitment with Swarovski by opening our second Boutique. Swarovski is synonymous with luxury fashion and is a world leader in fashion forward jewellery, watches and accessories as well as gifts for the home.
Partnering with this global brand, with a 120 year heritage and uncompromising standards for providing world class customer service made Swarovski a natural choice.
Still a family business, it was also important to be working with a Company that is honourable, compassionate and with strong moral and ethical principles. We see the way this works out in practice in our everyday dealings with Swarovski UK Head Office at every level of the Company, and in what we see with the Swarovski family at Board level.
Luxury Essentials as a Company is immersed in Swarovski culture and brand values. Its DNA matches our own and no opportunity is lost to develop that relationship, whether it be viewing the latest watch collection in Baselworld Switzerland, visiting Kristallwelten in Austria or attending a talk on 120 years of Swarovski in Fashion by Nadja Swarovski at the V&A Museum in London.
It is this passion for Swarovski that drives us to share that excitement about the brand with others and has moved us to open our second store.
The Gracechurch Shopping Centre has always been on our radar to open a Swarovski Boutique. The customer demographic is noted for its high net worth and high level of disposable income.
A popular shopping destination for local celebrities and premier league footballers wives and girlfriends.
The mix of stores suits the brand well, anchor stores like M&S and a high end department store in House of Fraser. Fashion stores Top Shop, H&M, Laura Ashley and River Island to name a few, as well as an Apple store, all combine to support and encourage an environment of offering a luxury retail experience.
